The rules for using Job Hunter.

By accessing or using Job Hunter you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Job Hunter on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use Job Hunter.

Job Hunter helps you search for jobs on third-party job boards, score your resume against job descriptions, draft application emails, and rehearse interviews with an AI interviewer that gives you feedback and a readiness score.

We may add, change or remove features over time. We will try to give notice of significant changes that affect you.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Job Hunter.
• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account, and you should tell us straight away about any unauthorised use.

You keep ownership of the resumes, recordings, text and other content you upload or create ("your content").

You give us a limited licence to host, copy, process and display your content only as needed to provide, secure and improve Job Hunter for you. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we must keep a copy by law.

You confirm you have the right to upload your content and that it does not break the law or anyone else's rights.

Match scores, resume suggestions, application emails, interview questions, hints and readiness scores are generated by AI. They can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review everything before you rely on it or send it to anyone.

Job Hunter is a preparation tool. We do not guarantee that you will get interviews, job offers or any particular result, and we are not a recruiter or employment agency.

You agree not to:

• Break the law, or upload content that is false, misleading, infringing, harmful or abusive.
• Misrepresent yourself to employers or use Job Hunter to apply under someone else's identity.
• Scrape, copy or resell Job Hunter or its output, or access it with bots outside the features we provide.
• Interfere with, overload, reverse engineer or try to break the security of Job Hunter.
• Use Job Hunter in a way that breaks the terms of the job boards or other services you connect to.

Job Hunter shows and links to jobs from third-party services such as LinkedIn, Indeed and Dice. We do not control those services, their job listings or the employers that post on them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Some features may require a paid plan. Prices, billing periods and what is included are shown before you buy. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Unless the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable.

Job Hunter, including its software, design, text, graphics and the Job Hunter and SuperMIA names and logos, belongs to Botfinity Inc. or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use Job Hunter; they do not give you any other rights in it.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.

You can stop using Job Hunter and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if required by law, or to protect Job Hunter or other users. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as ownership, disclaimers and limits of liability, survive termination.

Job Hunter is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that Job Hunter will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Botfinity Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Job Hunter is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or 100 US dollars.

You agree to defend and indemnify Botfinity Inc. against claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your misuse of Job Hunter or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we will notify you by email or in the app. If you keep using Job Hunter after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
